To mark the end of year one, Honja, Lisa and Igor joined by Janina Kehr and Miriam Schweiger participated in an all day long “Less is More?” Project retreat. Next to celebration of many achivements and milestopnes we also planned further steps, and potential collaborations.
In the project we focus on deprescribing pharmaceuticals for patient safety and sustainable public health, specifically looking into the prescription of the two substances antibiotics and benzodiazepines. In the first year we focussed on conducting qualitative interviews, the analysis of local prescription guidelines and the start of a systematic scoping review regarding international best practice examples.
We achieved a lot in the last year and are excited for what is to come.
