On June 8th, 2024, Tobi joined experts Monika Stark and Ajoki Kalo in a panel discussion within the Forum “Wunde Punkte” organized by the LBG Research Group on Senescence & Healing of Wounds to address healthcare access for people experiencing homelessness. They highlighted how poverty, lack of health and social insurance, and stigmatization hinder medical care, especially for those with chronic illnesses. The panel aimed to develop strategies to improve self-care and inform health policy on these urgent needs and ignited a lively discussion on these topics.
