On June 8th, 2024, Honja and Lisa led an interactive workshop with participants of the Primary Care Symposium (ÖGAM) in Vienna. They were joined by Magdalena Eitenberger and Katrin Schäfer who took over the role of the moderators to facilitate a lively discussion. The workshop was a practice exchange on prescribing benzodiazepines and antibiotics and offered many interesting insights from general practitioners that will be further used within the “Less is More?”-project.
The general practitioners shared their experiences and lessons learned, but also made clear demands on health policy to shape more sustainable medication prescribing in Austria which is exactly what our project is working towards. Learn more here.
