Yesterday the Medical University of Vienna and our team had the great pleasure of hosting the European cluster on Cancer Prevention and Early Detection – Implementation Research for the first annual cluster meeting. Over 40 delegates from EU funded Horizon Europe projects came to Vienna to discuss important topics regarding data management and potential for common analyses, citizen engagement, communication strategies and fighting inequalities in cancer care. We were also happy to have Project Advisor Laura Ibanez join us from the European Commission. As the coordinator ouf our CO-CAPTAIN project it was a pleasure to meet so many colleagues and hear about the exiting work that they are doing. Looking forward to the next meeting in 2025 in Barcelona!
