The third CANCERLESS Consortium meeting took place between 28th and 30th of September in Athens (Greece) organized by our partners – the PRAKSIS Organization. In an eventful 3 days, the Consortium discussed the most important issues, focusing on pilot implementation, and the progress from the piloting sites. Besides these, plans were made for the next step of the project. On the last day, we were visited one of the PRAKSIS day centers for homeless people, which offers various services including: healthcare, social support, employment counseling, social work, activities for children as well as facilities for washing clothes and personal hygiene. PRAKSIS has over 13.000 visit per year, catering to the most vulnerable communities in Greece and we are proud to have them as members of the CANCERLESS Consortium.
There was also time for a lot of great Greek food, music and drinks.
Next in-person meeting is planned for Madrid in 2023.
