Our Tobias Fragner had the opportunity to participate in this year’s LBG OIS zam: Forum, which aimed to bring together researchers and civil society to discuss and critically reflect on current developments in the Austrian field of participatory and co-design research.
During one of the poster presentation sessions, Tobi presented CoMitMenT, a community-centred participatory action research project aimed at improving access to somatic healthcare for people with lived experience of mental health conditions, which he led and coordinated. At the conference, Tobi got to share project key findings and experiences with the employed participatory approach with other researchers and interested people, and hear about other their work and other good practice examples of how to implement participation and inclusion in research.
