The 17th European Public Health Conference was held between the 12th and 15th of November in Lisbon, Portugal under the motto: “Sailing the waves of European Public Health: Exploring the sea of innovation”. Over 3000 delegates all over the world presented their work and participated in various skills building workshops. Our team was also very well represented with two oral presentations held by Tobias Fragner presenting results from the CoMitMent and CANCERLESS projects and two poster presentations from CO-CAPTAIN presented by Katrin Schäfer and Hanna Mües.
Additionally, our alumni Lovro Markovic together with Igor Grabovac organised and presented at a full day workshop on participation in public health research and practice with vulnerable communities.
